Brief History

Margaret Atchison began her professional accounting and tax preparation career at the age of 16, working even while in High School. She founded her own tax and accounting firm in 1986 in San Jose, CA. In 1997 Margaret moved her business to Bend, Oregon where she has specialized in helping clients with making offers in compromise and settlements.

Margaret also operates a licensed Tax School by the Oregon Department of Education, where she teaches tax law to prepare others to pass the Oregon State Tax Preparer's qualification test. Margaret's office is located at:
